"Xelda and I have trained with Pritamo for several years. Xelda is a GSD with a very methodical approach to most things including scent work. The same can be said for Pritamo. Her methodical approach to training a dog to identify odor in unfamiliar environments is both logical and effective. But, that’s the easy part! Training the human is where the real effort is, and she acts as a coach and mentor to help us communicate with our dogs and to understand what they are desperately trying to tell us. The added benefits of taking classes with Pritamo are the relationships I have built with her and classmates that extend beyond the 'classroom'. She has built a community of like-minded, quality individuals who enjoy spending time together at trials and at non-class social events. The absolute, without a doubt, BEST takeaway from class is the amazingly strong bond I have built with my beautiful, job-seeking, fun-loving GSD, Xelda. Thank you, Pritamo, for all the joy you have brought to this team of two. "

"My dog and I have really enjoyed our K9 Nose Work classes with Pritamo! Her enthusiasm for the sport is catching and her eye for seeing and giving positive feedback for what works best for each team is exceptional. She has turned me into a real K9 Nose Work enthusiast and I am always telling anyone who is interested in the benefits for the dog! "

"K9 Nose Work has been a godsend for me and my 12 and 1/2 year old cattle dog, Grace. We started classes with Pritamo when Grace was 5 years old, for the sole purpose of continued socialization and giving her something fun and confidence-building to do. I never intended to actually compete in trials. But Pritamo warned us that this wonderful sport was addicting, and she was right! With the great foundation work we received from Pritamo's classes, we were hooked in no time. From there it was all over but the sniffin'! Who'da thunk that my little red "fraidy dog" would one day earn her Elite 3 title?! And we're both still hooked, so on to ELT-CH! Good Girl, Grace!"

"My 6.5 year old toy poodle Maggie has been quite shy since she was a puppy. Participating in K9 Nose Work class has changed her intro a different girl. She is now much more confident, outgoing and friendly and she LOVES her Nose Work!"

"K9 nosework has been a game-changer for me and my crew. Both dogs absolutely love our practices, and I have noticed a tangible difference (pretty much night and day) in the bond between Pell and me. We had a bond to begin with, but this is different - I feel like we're partners and I get to support and learn from her in "her world". She's gained a lot of confidence, really loves being a leader, and I swear I see pride in her eyes and in how she carries herself, especially at the end of a successful search!"

"Thank you so much for a wonderful Intro to K9 Nose Work and for accepting Tully in the class. Not everyone has been so willing in the past to work with my dogs and I can't begin to thank you enough for taking us on. It has been the most wonderful experience so far for both dogs!"

Looking forward to the next class!!"

"Thank you Pritamo for a great workshop! I was especially grateful for your individual approach to each new concept. Neeko was the most at ease I have ever seen him in a dog training enviroment."

"I hoped that Agility Classes would spark up my 12 1/2 yr old depressed Norfolk terrier. She lost her mouse hunting job when we moved from the country to the city. It is truly amazing what this class did for us. Suky is engaged in life once again. She has abandoned the couch and is running, jumping, and chasing through the tunnel. Which of course means I am more active and having a pile of fun! Pritamo is a fabulous teacher, guiding us through the classes, making the entire process a joy."

"Grace and I both enjoyed our Agility classes at FunQuest. They were a great experience for bonding and teamwork, and really helped build her confidence from the "fraidy dog" she was when I adopted her. I didn't anticipate that Agility skills would transfer to other arenas, but as you can see from this photo, she's gained a lot of confidence in tree-climbing too!"

"Great Classes"

"It's now been about a year since I started taking agility classes with Pritamo. I really like her positive approach to training. She has such helpful tips and takes the time to observe each dog and handler individually. My dog and I have done lots of formal training with different trainers - obedience, rally, and Delta Society training. He and I have enjoyed these classes the most of all."

"Great Class!"

"Good foundation work builds a relationship between owner and dog. After continuing to advance levels of training, I see how important the detail work we did in Agility Prep prepares the dogs and handlers for the challenges of working on the agility course as a team. Pritamo always reminded us of that goal throughout the class."

"Fantastic Agility Instructor"

"I took a 2-hour intro class before diving into this series of agility classes, and was very impressed. After completing the first two class series I continue to be impressed. Pritamo has been doing this a long time, knows her stuff inside and out, and is very good at communicating it. She doesn't put up with bad behavior in dogs or humans, and expects us to have done our homework, but those are good things. She has designed a very thorough series of classes, starting with fundamental skills and progressing logically into more advanced work, and all along focuses on safety, which is critical in a sport like this. She also makes it fun, and is very helpful with suggestions during the inevitable times that the humans and/or dogs get stuck and can't figure something out. It's a long process from just starting to being ready for performance, but I'm confident that when I'm finished with the whole class series I and my dog will be ready for the agility ring! Pritamo is a great teacher and I would not hesitate in recommending her."

"The Best Agility Trainer in Western Washington"

"After taking agiluty classes with two different dogs from many different trainers, I finally found Pritamo and FunQuest Dog Agility. Her understanding of the sport and the strategies involved in agility is incredible. She has an uncanny ability to see everything that moving dogs are doing as if the dogs are moving in slow motion. Her positive training methods and knowledge of dog behivior, coupled with her understanding of the difficulties new students often face in training in this sport, allow her to train at a level far beyond that of any trainer I've encountered. She is smart, passionite about the sport, entertainiing, innovative and kind. Rating: ***** ( 5 stars out of 5)"

"Great Agility Classes!!!"

"I just started my third class with Pritamo. She is really great. I feel like when I am ready to compete with my dog, she will be confident and very competent. I do a lot of things with my dog and making sure she had proper form, so that she will be able to safely compete in agility for many years, is very important to me. Pritamo is great! I know that I will be very successful with my Dogs for many years to come! Thanks for the great classes!"

"Highly Recommended for AgilityTraining or Just Having Fun with your Dog"

"Pritamo is a wonderful instructor! My dogs and I have fun and learn a lot in her classes. I'm so glad I chose Pritamo for agility instruction, because she emphasizes starting with lots of games and exercises to: 1) encourage the dog to focus on the handler; 2) teach the handler the importance of timing, body motion, and being aware of their dog at all times; and 3) give the dog and handler the experience of working together as a team. The FunQuest classes have greatly improved my bond with my dogs, in addition to getting us ready for agility trials. Now that my older dog is at an advanced level in agility, I can see how important all of the earlier fundamentals were -- he just does not have some of the bad habits that I've seen in other dogs in the agility ring. All of the training in fundamentals has really paid off, in addition to being lots of fun!"

"Great Agility instruction using positive methods"

"I took the Jump Into Agility class with my 4 month old puppy over a year ago looking for things I could do with my "very active" lab puppy. We were hooked and have been taking classes ever since. Pritamo uses positive methods and really emphasizes forming a strong relationship with your dog in order to get the most out of agility. When we are out in public, people are always impressed with my dogs' focus on me - which is a side benefit of the agility training. Pritamo focuses building a strong agility foundation with your dog, before introducing agility equipment - which allows you to learn to work with your dog, without adding additional distractions of agility equipment in the beginning."

"FunQuest Dog Sports - Dog Agility Training"

"I have been taking agility classes with my two whippets for over one year with Pritamo. Previously, I had gone to other trainers whose methods did not work for my dogs. One dog even became fearful after classes. Since I've been working with Pritamo both dogs are happy workers. In addition, Pritamo is fabulous with people. She has infinite patience and numerous solutions if a training technique does not work well for a particular dog. I've never taken classes from one trainer for so long, but now I would not consider training with anyone else. She's simply the best."

"Thanks for your hard work and prep, Pritamo! We learned soooo much and those who know Data have been EXTREMELY impressed by his ability to "contain" himself -- which I attribute totally to your efforts!"

"I really love to learn new things, and Pritamo has no shortage of things to teach. I am very new to agility, my dog and I have improved so much. I know that when I am ready to compete, my dog and I will be extremely successful! Thanks for all you do Pritamo!"

"I've been taking classes with Pritamo for almost a year and it's been the best experience. The relationship with my dog gets stronger with every class. Pritamo not only has extensive knowledge about how to train dogs step by step, but she's an amazing "people" teacher as well. She supports our strengths and gently corrects the areas we need to work on. With a great sense of humor and a genuine interest in our success, she makes every class fun and productive. I've heard of other agility classes where the dogs get going on equipment too quickly. I prefer Pritamo's approach because she ensures that we get all the basics down first. I highly recommend her!"
